Madison Beer released a film-inspired music video for her latest single, “BOYSH*T,” and it is absolutely iconic.
The single comes off her upcoming debut album, Life Support, set to release on February 26th which also features previous releases, “Good In Goodbye,” “Selfish,” “Stained Glass,” and “Baby.”
The “Heathers” and “Blue Velvet” cult-films aesthetic music video was directed by Lauren Dunn. The African American Film Critics Association has released its list of the best films of 2022, topped by The Woman King.
The Gina Prince-Bythewood film stars Viola Davis and tells the story of the Agojie all-female army of fierce warriors. The movie also stars John Boyega, Lashana Lynch, Sheila Atim and Thuso Mbedu. The Black Panther sequel, Wakanda Forever, took the No. 2 spot; followed by Chinonye Chuku’s Till, about how Mamie Till-Mobley turned her grief over the lynching of her 14-year-old son into activism; and the Sidney Poitier documentary Sidney. Every good reality show needs a resident lovable jerk, and on Netflix’s Selling The OC, Gio Helou is most definitely That Guy. Gio has the swagger of Vanderpump Rules’ Tom Sandoval, the possibly misplaced ego of Southern Charm’s Shep Rose, and if we’re talking about TV real estate personalities, throw Million Dollar Listing’s Josh Flagg and either Altman brother into that mix, and you can get a pretty good idea of the role Gio plays in the Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach office.
